Madeleine's Gluten Free Paleo Scones

Updated: Nov 13, 2019

It is baking time again so I wanted to share this gorgeous gluten free paleo scones recipe with you. They are great to freeze - pop them out at anytime & they are easy to defrost.

Just delicious soft and succulent scones that are great with lashings of organic butter, homemade jam or even something savoury.

They don't take long to make and are not difficult to do.

Ingredients:

Pinch of  sea salt

2 large eggs

1/3 cup melted coconut oil

How to:

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C

Crinkle a sheet of baking paper with melted coconut - this stops the sides of the scones from burning

Line the baking tray with the paper

Mix ingredients together in a large bowl

Shape the mixture into balls ( don't worry about making them perfect) and place on baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes Cool on the baking sheet.

Enjoy with earl grey tea, coconut milk and homemade rasberry jam
