You can use already cooked ham or cook your own …. I like to cook my own …….. say about 9 pounds of salted ham off the bone is a good size and will keep you going through christmas ……… wrap the ham in foil …. place in oven at 150 deg until temperature reached 70 degrees ……… best to use a meat thermometer in the middle of the ham to check temperature …….. should take about four – five hours ….. leave to cool ……… remove fat ……  beat 2 tsp medium mustard with 1 egg and 2-3 tsp all spice together …. brush on ham .. coat with breadcrumbs ……. place back in oven at 200 deg until golden …… about 15 mins ……  mmm perfect ………
